By any commercial measure, Sharon Taylor is a major actress known to audiences who follow almost nothing else about the industry. Playing Faora in 'Smallville' took the name well past her home market. 'Stargate Atlantis' is a second title with an audience of its own. Drama keeps recurring across the credit list. Leading parts make up the visible half of the work; the rest is broader than most people notice.
