Ellen Adair is no headliner but a thoroughly professional American actress, solid in support and comfortable out of the spotlight. The pace has held: roughly a credit a year, and often more. Casting has kept her in work for 19 years. In cinemas, 'The Housemaid' is the credit that matters most, as Lisa. 'Billions' adds a second point of recognition.
