Dick Grayson, the former Robin now forging his own darker identity as Nightwing, is pulled back into the fight when a frightened teenage girl haunted by a demonic power crosses his path. Drawn together with the volatile Raven, the shape-shifting Beast Boy, and the fierce alien warrior Starfire, this makeshift group of damaged young heroes must confront their own traumas as much as the villains hunting them. Grittier and bloodier than its animated predecessors, the show reframes DC's Teen Titans as a dysfunctional found family bound by pain and loyalty. It's a moody, action-heavy take on becoming a hero when your past refuses to let go.
