Johnny Bravo built an entire Cartoon Network identity around one joke stretched across four seasons: a blond, muscle-bound himbo, voiced with oblivious swagger by Jeff Bennett, utterly convinced women can't resist him and baffled every single time they do. His long-suffering mother, voiced by Brenda Vaccaro, and a rotating cast of neighborhood kids, including Mae Whitman's Suzy, exist mainly to watch his ego collide with reality and lose. Tom Kenny lends his voice to a handful of the show's parade of oddball guest characters and parodies. Cheerfully dumb and gleefully self-aware about it, the show turned narcissism into slapstick and never once let Johnny win.
