Rick Hoffman

Rick Hoffman is an American actor born in New York, best known for playing sharp-tongued, ego-driven professionals. He found his signature role as Louis Litt, the abrasive but sympathetic lawyer on the long-running legal drama 'Suits', a breakout after years of supporting film work including 'The Day After Tomorrow' and 'Battleship'. He has also appeared on 'The Mentalist' and 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit'. His theatrical, comic intensity turned a potentially unlikable character into one of television's most beloved supporting players.
