Chuck Bartowski is a good-natured underachiever coasting through life at a big-box electronics store when an email from an old college friend implants an entire trove of stolen government secrets directly into his brain. Suddenly the unwitting host of the Intersect, Chuck becomes the most valuable and vulnerable asset in the intelligence world, drawing the protection of a gruff NSA operative and a beautiful, lethal CIA agent he can't help falling for. Forced to juggle deadly covert missions with the mundane indignities of retail and his tight-knit family, he stumbles his way through espionage armed mostly with pop-culture know-how and a big heart. A witty blend of action, comedy and romance, it's the fantasy of the ordinary nerd thrust into an extraordinary double life.
