The work of Michael Pressman is that of a director whose name sits in the credits rather than on the poster. Anyone who knows the name knows it from 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze'. The early work was done without much attention on it. He has worked in sci-fi more than in any other register. 56 credits is enough to call this a career rather than a run of jobs.
