In a business that burns through people quickly, Aaron Pearl is a long-distance runner with the unglamorous consistency that long careers are made of. Measured end to end, the working life on screen runs about 30 years. 'Man of Steel' is the longest-standing point of contact with the audience. 'X2' is a second title with real reach. He has worked in action more often than in any other register.
