Thayer David is one of the more persistent actors of his generation whose career has outlived most of the formats it was recorded on. 69 years of work add up to around 38 titles. 'Rocky' is the longest-standing point of contact with the audience. 'Little Big Man' is the other credit most often cited. The trail of credits goes back as far as 1957. Whatever else appears, drama runs right through the filmography.
