Stranger Things
“It only gets stranger...”
CreatorRoss Duffer, Matt Duffer
In the small town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the early 1980s, the disappearance of a young boy sends his mother, the local sheriff and a tight-knit group of Dungeons & Dragons-loving kids searching for answers. What they uncover is a shadowy government laboratory, a rift into a nightmarish parallel dimension called the Upside Down, and a silent runaway girl with extraordinary powers and a shaved head. Steeped in Spielbergian wonder and Stephen King dread, the series turns bicycles, walkie-talkies and Reagan-era nostalgia into the tools of an epic battle against the dark. It's a coming-of-age adventure and a creeping horror story braided into one.
