Ray Donovan is Hollywood's ultimate fixer, the man studios and celebrities call when scandal needs to vanish before sunrise, running his operation with a controlled menace that barely contains his own rage. Liev Schreiber plays him as a man perpetually one bad memory from violence, a tension detonated when his charming, unrepentant father Mickey, played by Eddie Marsan, is unexpectedly released from prison. Dash Mihok and Pooch Hall play Ray's volatile brothers, each carrying his own damage from a brutal Boston childhood, while Kerris Dorsey grows up on screen as his daughter Bridget. Slick, brutal, and soaked in Catholic guilt, it's a family tragedy dressed as a crime thriller.
