Fumiko Orikasa's Seras Victoria, a cop turned reluctant vampire under Alucard's wing, provides the story's moral center. Faithful to Kouta Hirano's ultraviolent manga where the earlier TV adaptation wasn't, 'Hellsing Ultimate' is gothic horror pushed to gleeful, blood-soaked extremes.
