Phil Rubenstein

Phil Rubenstein is the sort of actor whose name has been turning up in credits for decades. 1976 is the year the filmography opens. Work has kept arriving for 50 years, which is its own kind of achievement. 'Tango & Cash' is the entry that tends to open any account of the career. There is 'RoboCop 2' as well.
