Ola Ray works as an American actress, a supporting presence rather than a headline one. From 1981 onwards the name keeps reappearing in cast lists. She has spent more time in crime than anywhere else. Film has carried much of the workload, with television in between. Playboy Playmate in 'Beverly Hills Cop II' remains the calling card. '48 Hrs.' accounts for a good share of the rest of the recognition.
