A staggeringly vain and none-too-bright male supermodel, dethroned as the industry's reigning star by a free-spirited upstart, spirals into crisis just as a sinister fashion mogul selects him as the perfect brainwashed pawn to assassinate a foreign prime minister. Oblivious to the conspiracy swirling around him, the dim-witted icon must team with his rival to save the day. Ben Stiller directs and stars in an absurdist send-up of the fashion world, piling on quotable gags, celebrity cameos and gleeful stupidity to create a deliriously silly cult comedy that only grew more beloved with time.
