A muscle-bound, trigger-happy cop recovering from eye surgery and unable to drive calls an Uber to hunt down the heroin dealer who slipped away from him years ago. The luckless driver who answers the call is a timid, meek salesman whose only ambition is a solid five-star rating. Together, this mismatched pair is dragged into a delirious day of stakeouts, shootouts and run-ins with the city's seediest characters. A buddy action comedy of clashing personalities and adrenaline.
