某日李老太跌死在楼梯间，因为李老太死的蹊跷，回魂夜弄得小区的保安队长及众人心惊胆颤，而伴随李家儿子的失踪，李老太死亡真相逐渐浮出水面，原来李老妇实乃被儿媳所害，其后李先生失足坠楼致死，其妻亦不欲偷生人世，但临终前誓言回魂之夜必找Leon等人报仇，于是一场人捉鬼鬼弄人的大战遂告展开。
