Bud Jablonski makes his living in Los Angeles as a vampire hunter, though he masks his trade behind the front of a modest pool cleaner. Expelled from the official hunters' guild and drowning in debt, he has barely a week to scrape together the money for his daughter's school tuition and braces before his ex-wife moves far away with the girl. To pull it off, he is forced back onto the most dangerous circuit, with a bureaucrat on his heels and a powerful vampire plotting something huge. A frenetic action-horror comedy that mixes acrobatic decapitations with the portrait of an ordinary father desperate for money.
