János Bán counts as a veteran of both film and television whose work covers more eras of the industry than most. For much of the audience, János Bán is Officer from 'Red Heat', whatever else the credits say. 'My Sweet Little Village' is the other credit that tends to come up. The oldest credits belong to a different era of the industry. More of the credits fall under action than under anything else. Neither the cinema nor the television half of the career can be called the side project.
