Across changing tastes and formats, Frank Medrano has stayed an American actor with credits spread across cinema, television and everything between. There are 32 entries on the filmography, most of them supporting work in other people's stories. 'The Shawshank Redemption' remains the reference point, thanks largely to Fat Ass. 'The Usual Suspects' is the other credit that tends to come up. The filmography reaches back well before the best-known title. Drama accounts for the largest share of the work.
