Before film she already triumphed in music with hits such as 'Sentimental Journey', and her debut in 'Romance on the High Seas' opened a career of nearly forty films. She shone in romantic comedies alongside Rock Hudson such as 'Pillow Talk', but she also surprised in suspense with Hitchcock's 'The Man Who Knew Too Much', where she performed 'Que Sera, Sera'.
