Diane Morgan
Known for
Diane Morgan is the deadpan face of one of British comedy's best running jokes: Philomena Cunk, the majestically ignorant documentary presenter of Charlie Brooker's 'Cunk on Britain', 'Cunk on Earth' (2022) and 'Cunk on Life' (2024). Born in Bolton, Lancashire, in 1975, her flat northern delivery also powers Kath, the aggressively tactless colleague in Ricky Gervais's 'After Life' (2019-2022), and her own lockdown-era creation 'Mandy', which she writes and directs. She appeared in 'Death to 2020' and voiced Onya Doorstep in 'Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl' (2024). Total commitment to idiocy, executed with surgical intelligence.
