Derren Nesbitt
If longevity counts for anything, Derren Nesbitt is a British actor with a filmography that reaches back further than most viewers remember. 'Where Eagles Dare' is where the largest audience met him. Another entry worth naming is 'Doctor Who'. The career opened quietly, the way most long ones do. Steady employment, rather than one breakout, gives the career its shape.
