Across changing tastes and formats, De'Aundre Bonds has stayed an American actor who arrived well before the current crop and stayed. 'Dope' is the other credit that tends to come up. The oldest credits belong to a different era of the industry. He has worked in drama more often than in any other register. The distance between the first credit and the most recent is about 31 years. 'Gangster Squad' remains the reference point, thanks largely to Duke Del-Red.
