Small-screen casting has made David Lipman a familiar American actor whose career is measured in seasons rather than in premieres. There are 24 entries on the credit list. The part in 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' ran to 13 episodes, under the name Arthur Cohen. Cast lists also place him in 'True Grit'. Two decades and more separate the first credit from the latest.
