Christian Redl counts as a veteran of both film and television known to audiences from a long list of titles rather than from one. The trail of credits goes back as far as 1987. If the filmography has a home genre, it is drama. 60 credits across 39 years is a rate most careers never reach. his Generaloberst Alfred Jodl in 'Downfall' is the best-remembered role on the list. 'Pope Joan' is close behind in visibility.
