让·尼古拉斯科（1900年2月26日－1993年7月18日）是一位出生于罗马尼亚的美国电影导演和编剧。
他出生于克拉约瓦，曾就读于卡罗尔一世中学。1915年他移居维也纳，1919年前往布加勒斯特，在成为巴黎舞台设计师之前以绘画为生。1927年，他前往纽约市举办个人画展，并在此定居。
1934年他进入电影行业，最初担任草图画家，后成为助理制片人、第二组导演，并于20世纪30年代末开始担任导演和编剧。他在华纳兄弟公司因执导短片而声名鹊起，尤其擅长以非常规拍摄角度及光影剪影的戏剧化运用为特色的乐队短片系列。
尼古拉斯科执导的首部长片是《新加坡女人》（1941年）。1948年，他凭借《心声泪影》获得奥斯卡最佳导演奖提名。1955年，其作品《如何嫁给百万富翁》荣获英国电影学院奖最佳影片奖。他1959年执导的《冷暖群芳》被列入《娱乐周刊》“影史50大邪典电影”榜单。
20世纪60年代末起，他定居西班牙马贝拉。1993年因心力衰竭在当地逝世，享年93岁。
在好莱坞生涯及其1984年出版的自传中，尼古拉斯科声称自己出生于1900年2月29日——这一表述显然源于闰日生日的稀有性。事实上1900年并非闰年，当年并不存在2月29日。尼古拉斯科的自传（其中包含此说法）恰如其分地命名为《我曾做之事与我以为曾做之事》。
