Between leads and extras sits Yoshi Oida, a solid Japanese actor, a name found in the middle of a cast list more often than on a poster. 'Taxi 2' belongs on any short list of his work. The pace has held: roughly a credit a year, and often more. Across the list, drama comes up most. He has been working on screen for 36 years. The visible peak of the filmography is 'Silence' and the part of Ichizo.
