Thomas Downey is a screen veteran who has outlasted trends, studios and formats. Work has kept arriving for 32 years, which is its own kind of achievement. For much of the audience, Thomas Downey is Morgan from 'The Next Karate Kid', whatever else the credits say. He also turns up in 'Transmorphers'. The early stretch of the career is the part least seen today. Action is where the largest part of the work sits.
