The trade knows Stuart Quan as a safe pair of hands, built for roles that sit just outside the spotlight. Two decades and more of camera work stand behind the current credits. Of everything here, 'Big Trouble in Little China' is the title that keeps being brought up, and Chang Sing #4 with it. 'Licence to Kill' is the credit people reach for second. Few working performers keep a run of 40 years going.
