Song Kang plays the demon with sly, deadpan charm as vulnerability creeps in against his will, while Kim You-jung's Do Do-hee refuses to soften just because a supernatural contract now binds their fates together. Lee Sang-yi complicates their arrangement as a rival with his own designs on Do-hee's fortune, and Kim Hae-sook adds sharp comic menace as the family matriarch pulling strings behind the scenes. It's K-drama fantasy-romance at its most enjoyably absurd, balancing genuine heat with genuinely goofy demon-lore world-building.
