Mine All Mine is a British television drama produced by Red Production Company for ITV. It was written by Russell T Davies and stars Griff Rhys Jones as Max Vivaldi, who has always believed that he owns the town of Swansea, thanks to an ancient ancestral document that hangs on his wall. But instead of commanding respect, it's made him a laughingstock. Soon, Max discovers he's been right all along.

When taxi business owner Max Vivaldi hires Danny Baveystock - an antique expert from an auction house in London - to come over to his home town of Mumbles, Swansea to value his bakelite telephone, his high maintenance family are less than impressed with the £200 estimated once fees have been deducted. However over dinner, Danny finds a much more interesting case when Max recounts how a will of one his ancestors entitled the Vivaldi's to a stake of land that now constitutes the whole city, and as such makes Max the rightful owner of Swansea. Interested by the possibilities, Danny enlists the aid of his fellow London colleagues to work on verifying Max's claim. Meanwhile Danny takes in the Swansea sites with Max's eldest daughter Maria, who takes him to the pub with her on the way to meet her boyfriend Gethin. But the evening is cut short when Gethin announces he has been having an affair with a woman at work and breaks up with Maria. Upset she goes to confront the woman the next day but

Eager to tell Val the news that the Vivaldi clan now own Swansea, Max is in for his own surprise when he arrives home to find Val's note announcing she has left him for another man. In panic, Max reseals the note pretending not to have read it. The next day Val discovers what has happened when she sees Max all over the news and hurries back home where Max pretends like nothing has happened. But Val eventually learns that Max does know the truth when she realises the envelope was sealed differently and promises Max that her affair is over. The rest of the Vivaldi family also struggles to come to terms with the new turn of events. While Candy revels in the new press attention, Leo is less than thrilled at his father's new found fame due to the fact that it was through his father's identity that Leo built up his secret £50,000 business. With press swarming around the family, Leo is left to cover-up any mention of his dad's name with his business. Maria also feels the impact, when ex-boyfr

Following the craziness of recent events, Max decides to drop his pursuit to have his father declared insane and instead publicly hands over the ownership of Swansea to his father and his new fiancé Big Claire, the latter of whom is soon handing over the inheritance in exchange for a house, a pub and to be named Lord Mayor. This is of little concern to Max who is still struggling to cope with the knowledge of Val's affair, especially as she refuses to name the man she ran away with. But he soon finds out for himself that Sam the Egg Man was her lover and responds by pelting him with his own eggs, an exchange that is secretly observed by Maria who is shocked to learn of her mother's infidelity. Meanwhile, Danny is all set to leave Swansea now that Max has abdicated his ownership of the city but first decides to make one last ditch attempt to stop Rico from marrying Big Claire. However the visit has a less than desired outcome when Rico suffers a fatal heart attack. His death has a big i

Following their inheritance of Swansea, Val searches for a new house for the family while Max dreams up elaborate plans to improve the city. After working alongside Iris, Max agrees to have dinner with her one night where he ends up pouring his heart out about Val's affair – information Iris is soon secretly retelling to a devious Stella who plans to use it to her to her advantage. Sam tries to make amends with Max by introducing him to his new girlfriend, but Val soon learns she was just a ploy for Sam to get her back and so pays him a visit along with Myrtle and Bronwen who threaten to ruin Sam's career if he doesn't stay away from Val. Meanwhile Gethin is delighted when he manages to land his future father-in-law as an account, and soon uncovers the secret business that Leo has been running under Max's name, as well as Leo's bank account of £30,000. After telling Maria he is going away for a course, Gethin's lies and true whereabouts are discovered by Danny, who spots him at the hospital holding a new born child. When a guilt-ridden Maria decides to break off her affair with Danny, he decides to confront his love rival about what he saw. Gethin soon confesses to the fact that he has a child from a one night-stand and that he is also in debt after having gambled away the money he stole from Leo. But Gethin isn't about to let his secret leak out to anyone else, prompting him to knock Danny out and hold him hostage while leading everyone else to believe that he has gone back to London. Meanwhile Stella goads Val into spilling all the particulars about her affair with Sam to her and the girls. When Sam realises Val has been blabbing about their intimate details, he soon tells Max about his wife making the pair of them a laughing stock. A furious Max exiles Stella from Swansea for her part in the set-up, while also announcing his wife'
