When storms, quakes, meteor strikes and a mysterious plague hit within days of each other, the Copeland family realizes the apocalypse isn't a single event, it's a checklist. Aftermath follows their scramble to survive as civilization collapses in overlapping waves of disaster, each stranger and more dangerous than the last, including threats science alone can't explain. Syfy's thriller piles catastrophe on catastrophe at a relentless pace, betting one family's instincts can outrun the end of the world.
