Richard Greene
Known for
Richard Greene reached veteran standing the slow way, as a British actor who arrived well before the current crop and stayed. 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' is another title that gets mentioned. The first screen credit dates from 1938. Whatever else appears, horror runs right through the filmography. 44 appearances between the two screens is the plain arithmetic of it. Ralph Jason in 'Tales from the Crypt' is the role that outgrew the rest.
