Pavel Nový
Actor
78 years (Sep 5, 1948)Plzen, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]
Across changing tastes and formats, Pavel Nový has stayed an actor who has outlasted trends, studios and formats. The first screen credit dates from 1962. If the filmography has a home genre, it is comedy. Work has kept arriving for 64 years, which is its own kind of achievement. 'Amadeus' remains the reference point, thanks largely to Emperor's Spy. Elsewhere on the filmography sits 'Little Otik'.
