Patience Collier is, by now, a veteran British actress whose accumulated screen time beats that of most leading names. 29 credits across 71 years is a rate most careers never reach. her Grandma Tzeitel in 'Fiddler on the Roof' is the best-remembered role on the list. Viewers may also know her from 'The French Lieutenant's Woman'. Drama has been the most frequent territory.
