Wesley Gibson is a gray, spineless office worker whose life is going nowhere, until a mysterious woman named Fox reveals that the father he never knew was an elite assassin, recently killed. Wesley belongs by inheritance to the Fraternity, a secret society of hitmen that claims to receive its orders from fate itself. Subjected to brutal training, he learns to bend the trajectory of bullets and to exploit latent powers, though he soon suspects the organization is hiding something. Hyper-stylized, frenetic action based on the comic by Mark Millar, with choreographed violence and impossible physics.
