A supernatural horror film directed by Peter Cornwell, loosely based on a family's supposedly true ordeal. A couple rents a house near a hospital so their cancer-stricken teenage son can get treatment, only to find the home was once a mortuary haunted by restless spirits. Virginia Madsen plays the anxious mother. Standard haunted-house fare heavy on jump scares, it drew weak reviews but performed respectably at the box office.
