Careers this long are unusual: Mel Raido is an actor who has treated acting as a trade rather than a spotlight. The film 'Legend' accounts for more of the public profile than anything else does. He also turns up in 'Derailed'. The career opened quietly, the way most long ones do. Thriller has been the most frequent territory. A run of 26 years is the headline number here.
