She sustained her career on Fuji TV lead roles including Ohisama (2011) as an NHK asadora heroine and the drama series Rebirth (2014). She has since moved comfortably into adult character work in film and television. Warm, plain-spoken and quietly comic, she is one of the few 2000s idols to have converted her early stardom into a durable acting career.
