Iwan Rheon
Actor · Since 1999
Known for
Playing Ramsay Bolton, the most gleefully sadistic villain of 'Game of Thrones' (2013-2016), made Iwan Rheon one of the most hated faces on television, which is a compliment. Born in Carmarthen, Wales in 1985, and a Welsh speaker, he first won a cult following as the shy, time-rewinding Simon in the British series 'Misfits' (2009-2011), a role that earned him real affection before Westeros inverted it. He later played guitarist Mick Mars in the Motley Crue biopic 'The Dirt' (2019) and the scheming Tenax in 'Those About to Die' (2024). Also a musician, his specialty is quiet men hiding extremes.
