Quando Homer Simpson adotta un maiale e getta i suoi rifiuti nel lago, inquina l'acqua di Springfield al punto che l'Agenzia per la Protezione dell'Ambiente decide di sigillare l'intera città sotto una gigantesca cupola di vetro.
