Una compagnia vuole comprare un intero quartiere per ricostruirlo. Hanno comprato tutte le case del quartiere tranne che la piccola palestra "Olympic", in cui Mr. Austria Joe Santo si prepara per l'elezione di Mr. Universo con un mese d'anticipo. Il ricco bamboccio Craig Blake viene inviato dalla compagnia come prestanome per comprare la palestra. Ma Craig inizia a fare amicizia con la gente e si innamora dell'amica di Joe Marie-Tate.
