Few names carry this far: Ed Kear is an actor who has been carrying major titles for years. 27 titles is a lot of work for the level of visibility involved. The role of Surly Cop in 'The Batman' is the one that gets named first, anywhere in the world. 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' belongs on any short list of his work. The early credits were nothing like the ones that followed. Comedy accounts for the largest share of the work.
