Dorte Højsted sits in the large and useful category of working actresses, the sort of name that reassures a producer more than it excites a marketing department. The character of Bartender, Alléenberg in 'Another Round' is the anchor of her public profile. She has a part in 'The Keeper of Lost Causes' too. Few working performers keep a run of 38 years going. She has spent more time in crime than anywhere else. Casting has kept her in work for 38 years.
