Charles Inslee turns up in cast lists as an American actor, and not much has been written about his work. 'Work' is the film his name is usually tied to, playing Izzy A. Wake, Paperhanger. He came to screen work later than most, at 38. He has appeared mainly in comedy. What the public record holds is 40 credits.
