Bill Hart is a versatile American actor, the kind of performer a scene gets handed to when it needs holding together. Comedy is the territory casting keeps sending him back to. The filmography runs to 21 credits across film and television. Carpenter, in 'Scrooged', is the work that gets remembered. 'The Wild Bunch' belongs on any short list of his work. The pace has held: roughly a credit a year, and often more.
