Barta Barri reached veteran standing the slow way, as a Hungarian actor with a filmography that reaches back further than most viewers remember. Whatever else appears, horror runs right through the filmography. Neither the cinema nor the television half of the career can be called the side project. Playing First Telegraphist in 'Horror Express' put him in front of the widest audience of the career. 'Red Sun' is the other credit that tends to come up. The career opened quietly, the way most long ones do.
