Long careers are rarer than they look, and Amanda Donohoe has become a familiar face recognizable to viewers well beyond any single title. The distance between the first credit and the most recent is about 41 years. Playing Miranda in 'Liar Liar' put her in front of the widest audience of the career. There is 'Starship Troopers 3: Marauder' as well. The early stretch of the career is the part least seen today. Whatever else appears, comedy runs right through the filmography.
